This major renovation was a total transformation. It was located in the Alpine Condo units of Swift Current.
There were major structural changes to this place; adding steel beams to carry the roof load and removing interior walls. This place was completely rejuvenated.
The large windows overlook the city and give a breath taking view both during the day time and at night.
If you look closely at the granite in the kitchen, it has a rough "leather-like" feel to it which is so unique and makes it a totally custom feature.
We also renovated the basement when we were there and gave our clients a beautiful office space.
